Distribution Associate: Roscoe, Illinois
Our customer in Roscoe, Illinois is seeking motivated people to join their team and help grow their manufacturing operations. You will be responsible for accurately filling customer orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials throughout the receiving, production, and shipping processes.
Responsibilities of the Distribution Associate:
  • Fill customer orders accurately and expeditiously including, but not limited to, finished goods and catalogs
  • Perform cycle counts, receive stock, reconcile order reporting
  • Process all incoming and outgoing items
  • Ability to appropriate shipping and receiving equipment
  • Marking, buffing and processing treatments
  • Monitor inventory levels of all packaging materials
  • Data entry
  • Meet all production and quality goals.
Distribution Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
  • The ability to become proficient in distribution-related YGS screens and spreadsheets.
  • Observe and follow safety rules
  • Keep area neat and clean—5S compliant.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must wear oil resistant/non-slip steel toed shoes
  • Communication with supervisor and team members
Pay for Distribution Associate: $18.50/hour depending on experience.
