What You’ll Do: 
You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.

In This Role, You’ll: 
 
  • Work in the Freezer and Cooler for long periods throughout the day
  • Lifting anywhere between 5 - 75 pounds, possibly on a consistent basis. 
  • Safely operates all material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks
  • Use Vo-Collect headset 
  • Palletize and stage product in the warehouse 
  • Selectors will be responsible for receiving, selecting, storing and loading products
  • Maintains a clean work area consistent with company standards

Pay & Benefits:
 
  • $19.99/hr., can make up to $38/hr. in performance incentives
  • Weekly Pay (Every Friday)
