Responsibilities and Role:
  • Prepare units for distribution, ensuring they are ready to reach our customers
  • Maintain and operate our filter-flushing wall equipment effectively
  • Skillfully unload and load freight onto trucks and pallets, ensuring efficiency
  • Receive shipments with accuracy, confirming every item meets our quality expectations
  • Ensure products are stored in designated locations to optimize space and organization
  • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks
  • Regularly verify the accuracy of inventory and shipments to prevent discrepancies.

Candidate Competencies:
  • 1-3 years of warehouse experience
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs or more and move heavier loads (up to 150 lbs) using a dolly
  • Strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining an organized workspace
  • Experience with Labor Management Systems (NetSuite or something similar)
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including email and computer software
  • Capable of working both independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Forklift experience is preferred; certification is a plus
  • RF scanner experience is a plus
