The Position:
The Executive Assistant, under the general supervisor of a Barrett Executive, will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the President and other senior staff.
This position works Monday through Friday, from 8am-5pm in our Franklin, MA office.
The compensation range for this position is $70K-$85K, depending on experience.
How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Research, analyze, and prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and special projects
  • Manage complex calendars, anticipate scheduling conflicts, and proactively coordinate appointments
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening inquiries and routing them appropriately
  • Arrange travel, track expenses against budget, and maintain confidential records and filing systems
  • Support meeting logistics including agendas, materials, room setup, and minutes
  • Draft professional communications, memos, Word documents, Excel reports, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Answer employee questions on standard policies, benefits, and HR processes
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • Five years progressively responsible administrative experience.
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software.
  • Experience with Claude AI
  • Must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and the ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
