Purpose of Role
The Distribution Analyst will support driving Under Armour's operational excellence and business performance in supply chain for the warehouses in the Americas. This role will be responsible for building, developing, and maintaining reporting within the Distribution House (DH) network and other support groups where necessary, and will also serve as a subject matter expert for all warehouse reporting. This individual will be responsible for communicating effectively and cross-functionally with different partners to drive business decisions and understanding.
Your Impact
  • Help build a culture of Tableau utilization, implementation and consumption by being a Tableau SME
  • Create, develop and revolutionize standard reports and produce a variety of regular and ad-hoc reports
  • Create dashboards to summarize health and performance of key businesses; build processes to automate
  • Work to continuously improve forecast accuracy and logic, and understand the key drivers of variances with functional partners. Work cross-functionally to drive automation.
  • Report ownership; report out on regular cadence with warehouse and cross-functional teams
  • Leverage scientific method in conjunction with mathematical approaches to analytical problems to generate solid solutions grounded in logic and data
  • Determine data validity, implement data quality checks, identify trends in information and apply analytical thinking
  • Drive consistency and alignment across the DH's and provide training on best practices and operating procedures
  • Perform in depth research on root cause of data anomalies
  • Measure, track and drive improvement of supply chain KPIs
  • Contribute to ongoing business process development
  • Leverage superior analytical skills to think through complex multidimensional problems

Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of applicable experience
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the quality of data sets and reporting created, ensuring they are accurate, repeatable and sustainable
  • Takes a solution focused approach to roadblocks by ensuring possible solutions and paths forward (or around) are presented
  • Experienced in analyzing and interpreting technical procedures; ability to apply concepts in stepwise mathematical approach. Uses this skill to drive issue resolution and develop business knowledge
  • Ability to provide written and oral interpretation of highly specialized terms and data, and ability to present this data to others with different levels of expertise
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and expand their competencies
  • Solid time management skills with high-quality work production that meets deadlines
  • Demonstrates understanding of project management processes from start to finish and be able to communicate effectively for the successes of the team with minimal supervision or oversight
  • Ability to tell stories using data that are easy to understand that align with and impact business decisions and needs

Workplace Location

  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office, with one remote day.

Base Compensation
$60,000.00-$80,000.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
