We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a full-time Accountant. This role is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are ready to take on challenges in a dynamic environment and significantly contribute to the financial management of our organization.

The position is onsite, encouraging collaboration and interaction with our dedicated teamwork-driven staff. This role is not suitable for remote work, as the hands-on approach is essential for effective execution of the responsibilities. The successful candidate will be integral in navigating the complexities of financial records and reports, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaboration with the accounting team to consolidate accounts and ensure consistent financial reporting.
  • Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable; monitoring of timely payments and receivables.
  • Execute detailed reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy.
  • Administration of payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in pay distribution, tax withholdings, and report filings.
  • Assistance with the preparation and coordination of the audit process to comply with internal and external regulations.
  • Implementation of and compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
  • Ensuring the company complies with all additional legal and regulatory requirements of financial and tax reporting.
  • Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making.
  • Review of financial data and preparation of monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts.
  • Suggest updates and improvements for accounting systems, including payroll and invoicing.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or a similar role in financial bookkeeping.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, reporting etc.)
  • Understanding of data analysis and forecasting; work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
  • Relevant degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Professional certification, such as CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) preferred. Candidates with strong experience who are controlled agents may also be considered.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software and databases.
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems.
