Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health conditions comprehensively, identifying strengths and available resources.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop personalized treatment programs with specific goals and actionable steps, ensuring alignment with each client's unique circumstances.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and the best outcomes for clients.
  • Provide timely crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning to address immediate mental health challenges.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to empower clients in their healing journeys.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements to uphold client confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
