Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for an Asset Disposition Tech 2 (Production, Training & Flow Support Role) in Clackamas, OR. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform all Asset Disposition Tech 1 duties while serving as a lead support and on-the-floor trainer for team members.
· Assist in managing workflow, production pacing, and quality standards to ensure efficient asset disposition operations.
· Monitor and help maintain smooth material and equipment flow through the disposition process to prevent bottlenecks.
· Utilize a mobile application and digital tracking systems to manage inventory movement, updates, and asset status in real time.
· Support onboarding and training of new team members, reinforcing safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
· Conduct quality checks on processed assets to ensure compliance with company standards and disposition requirements.
· Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, including PPE usage and OSHA-compliant practices.
· Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve workflow efficiency and operational accuracy.
· Assist in identifying process improvements related to flow, inventory tracking, and production efficiency.
· Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while actively participating in daily production tasks.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in production, warehouse, or asset disposition environments strongly preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to train, guide, or support team members in a fast-paced setting.
