With a proven acquisition system and a steady flow of deals, we're looking for someone who can take those opportunities across the finish line.

About the Role

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Disposition Manager to turn our contracted properties into closed deals. Once our acquisitions team gets a property under contract, it's your job to market it, negotiate with buyers, and keep the transaction moving all the way to closing.

This is a commission-only opportunity with aย hot pipeline of dealsย and unlimited earning potential. Whether you have real estate disposition experience or a strong background in sales and negotiation, we're looking for someone who knows how to build relationships, overcome objections, and get deals done.

Requirements

What You'll Do
  • Manage the disposition pipeline from contract through closing
  • Market properties to our established cash buyer network and actively expand buyer relationships
  • Negotiate assignment fees and resale terms to maximize profitability
  • Keep deals moving by coordinating with buyers, title companies, and our acquisitions team
  • Track deal progress in the CRM and proactively resolve issues before they impact closing
  • Attend daily in-office meetings to review inventory, priorities, and active transactions
What We're Looking For
  • Previous sales experience required; real estate, wholesaling, or disposition experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable spending a large portion of the day on the phone with investors and buyers
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active deals at once
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by performance-based earnings
  • Able to work full-time from our Salisbury, MD office
