As a full-time professional in this role, you'll contribute to improving the mental health of our clients through individualized therapy sessions conducted via telehealth. Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to set your own schedule. You will benefit from our all-in-one counseling dashboard that includes a private therapy platform for live video sessions and messaging with your clients. Additionally, our dedicated onboarding team will ensure you are ready to start seeing clients within 1-3 days, enabling a seamless transition into your new role.

  • Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Facilitate client discussions regarding their emotions and experiences to foster self-awareness and insight.
  • Act as a supportive advocate for clients while helping them establish and achieve personal therapeutic goals.
  • Assess clients’ mental health needs by evaluating their conditions and developing tailored treatment plans using your clinical expertise.
  • Utilize your private online counseling platform for effective client management and follow up, enabling ease in communication and scheduling.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Every client is carefully screened prior to service booking, ensuring you engage with individuals aligned with your specialties and demographic preferences. Qualifications
  • Must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Current and valid licensing is required, which includes either being a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions against your license are permitted.
  • Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal skills and a sympathetic disposition towards client care.
  • Basic computer literacy is essential for utilizing our digital platforms effectively.
Preferred Experience

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, preferably within a clinical or community health setting. Experience working remotely and familiarity with telehealth practices will be an advantage.
