As a Marketing & Social Media Coordinator in social media & advertising, you will use market research, consumer insights, and key performance data to participate in creating effective strategies and campaigns. If you are a creative, data-savvy individual with skills and experience in social media advertising, weโ€™d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media posts and advertising across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Be part of a team of marketing associates and interns to ensure efficient campaign execution and professional development.
  • Administer a detailed social media calendar that aligns with upcoming events, promotions, and content strategies, ensuring all campaigns are timely and aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with the Design team to create attractive, aesthetically pleasing, and on-brand advertising materials for social media campaigns, ensuring visual appeal and consistency across all platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and insights into consumer behaviors and trends across social platforms, leveraging data to shape campaign strategies.
  • Analyze consumer data (e.g., web traffic, social media engagement, conversion rates) to assess campaign performance, refine strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports analyzing campaign results, sales metrics, conversion rates, and other KPIs, providing actionable insights to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in the creation and execution of promotional events and campaigns that align with social media & advertising objectives, driving engagement and business growth.
  • Monitor competitors' social media strategies and campaigns to identify opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and strategic advantage.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of marketing metrics, social media performance, and past campaign results for future reference.
  • Prepare forecasting reports on sales and social media ad performance to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
  • Provide feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Requirements & Skills:
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media advertising
  • Familiar with social media ad platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Display Network, etc.), with understanding of ad setup, targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
  • Working knowledge in SEO/SEM strategies and familiarity with advanced web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights tools) to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights is a plus.
  • Intermediate proficiency with MS Excel, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights, strategies, and recommendations to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented, results-driven approach.
