  • This role requires strong artistry skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced airport environment.
  • Inspire customers to express their individual beauty by providing an amazing shopping experience, including enthusiastic and helpful assistance, along with in-depth knowledge of MAC Beauty products.
  • Provide flexible availability to work any shift, including weekends & holidays.

MAC Beauty Artist Job Responsibilities:

  • Advise customers on the use of MAC Beauty products, and other store items.
  • Provide timely, welcoming and professional service to all customers at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and store management.
  • Demonstrate makeup tutorials to our customers and share your expert knowledge.
  • Maintain the highest visual standards, including displays, signage, and promotional items.
  • Operate the POS systems, cash and credit card transactions
  • Collaborate with the team to keep our displays fresh and restock products.
  • Participate in training and education sessions
  • Get involved in store theme days, events, new product launches, and training sessions.
  • Help with inventory preparation and accuracy

MAC Beauty Artist Job Qualifications: 

  • Experience in the cosmetic field, Sales and & application
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills;  ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Professional attitude, flexibility, and a positive approach to change.
  • Availability to work 35-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
  • Moving and setting up displays and event materials.
  • Ability to stand for 8+  hours at the counter.
