Job description

Campaign Management and Strategy
  • Lead the execution of digital marketing campaigns by collaborating with sales representatives, ensuring accurate input of orders, and enhancing campaign launch strategies.
  • Utilize expert knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager to craft effective strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Provide insights on optimization opportunities by analyzing campaign data and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to devise strategies for deal closures, campaign improvements, and long-term client retention.

Vendor Management and Financial Oversight
  • Manage vendor relationships effectively, including a strong understanding of vendor mark-ups and pricing structures.
  • Conduct rigorous monthly reconciliations of vendor billing against campaign performance data to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues, contributing to transparent financial management and cost optimization.

Data Analysis and Insights
  • Monitor Google Analytics data, identifying trends in SEM/PPC, Display Advertising, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Interpret data to provide actionable insights that guide campaign adjustments and improvements.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as clicks, impressions, click-through rates, cost per click, and search impression share to inform strategic decisions.

Client Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with priority clients, ensuring their satisfaction and campaign prosperity.
  • Present findings, insights, and strategies to clients, leveraging strong communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • Recommend creative changes and adjustments to campaigns to sustain engagement and optimize results.

Complete other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of progressive experience in digital campaign and vendor management.
  • In-depth expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media and digital platforms. Relevant certifications in digital marketing, including all Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of digital trends and strategies including Local SEO, Organic SEO, SEM, PPC, Display Advertising, YouTube/OTT, Social Media Ads, and Website development.
  • Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for interacting and collaborating with sales representatives, clients, vendors, and internal teams. Strong interpersonal skills are needed to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proven track record of crafting effective campaign strategies and delivering results.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Adaptable and open to learning about new technologies and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
