Overview

A well-established, patient-centered audiology practice in Southern California is seeking an experienced Dispensing Audiologist to join a collaborative, multi-provider team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded clinician who enjoys both diagnostics and the consultative side of hearing healthcare, including hearing aid dispensing.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, confident in clinical decision-making, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive audiological evaluations and patient care

  • Dispense and manage hearing aid fittings and follow-up services

  • Perform light vestibular assessments as needed

  • Educate patients and families on hearing health, treatment options, and device technology

  • Independently interpret audiological test results

  • Collaborate effectively with audiologists and support staff across multiple office locations

  • Manage and prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic clinical setting

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Audiology or Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.)

  • Active Audiologist license in the state of California

  • Dispensing Audiologist license (required)

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hearing aid dispensing role

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

  • Comfort with diagnostics and hearing aid consultations

  • Experience in a multi-provider practice preferred

  • Flexible and adaptable to varying schedules and locations

Schedule & Work Environment
