Our team of professionals is passionate about enhancing our patients' vision and eye health through personalized care and advanced optical solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Optical Dispenser to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist patients in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure an excellent patient experience. This position does not require a license, but experience in optical dispensing or a related field is preferred.Responsibilities
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that meet their optical needs and lifestyle preferences.
  • Take accurate measurements of patients' eyes and ensure proper lens fitting.
  • Provide education and guidance on eyewear care, lens types, and frame styles.
  • Handle and resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain an organized and clean optical dispensary area.
  • Process eyewear orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Perform adjustments and minor repairs on eyeglasses.
  • Collaborate with optometrists and other staff to provide seamless patient care.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in eyewear and optical
