Compensation: $25.00- $27.00 hourly ***2nd/ 3rd Shift***
Company Overview: Coach USA, one of the largest transportation companies in North America, is hiring a full time 2nd & 3rd shift Dispatcher at its Janesville, WI location. Dispatchers ensure quality service by scheduling and routing drivers as well as handling customer calls in a fast-paced environment. Must have computer experience and excellent customer service skills. We offer competitive pay and benefits. All applicants must be dependable and willing to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete and monitor daily check-in process, including verifying driver credentials and compliance hours.
  • Schedule vehicles in coordination with maintenance personnel, arranging replacements when necessary.
  • Prepare documents and verify accuracy of work orders for driver assignments.
  • Responsible for creating daily shift report emails to be submitted to GM, Director of Operations, Maintenance Manager, and Safety & Training Manager
  • Monitor weather reports, traffic conditions, airport closings, etc. Communicate delays and resolutions to team.
  • Report and track lost and found items.
  • Resolve customers inquiries and complaints via phone, email, mail, and in person.
  • Assist customers with ticket sales and inquiries.

Required Experience/Skills:
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Willingness to learn and demonstrate knowledge of the following: DOT hours of service and regulation; 2-way radio, GPS monitoring systems; and operations system.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work individually and with a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) "B" with a "P" endorsement.

Schedule flexibility is required to accommodate extended shifts, including daytime, nighttime, weekends, and holidays.
