FSM Group is actively seeking a Dispatcher to join our growing team. The Fueler Dispatcher role is a full-time in-office position at the Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport (ATL). This position monitors the aircraft schedules from the control center and schedules fuelers for the corresponding airport gates. This position acts as the "eyes in the sky," and will manage and coordinate a team of up to 10 fuelers throughout a shift to dispatch for fueling.


This position's primary responsibility is to ensure aircrafts leave on time by instructing the fueler when the correct level of fuel is loaded. Dispatchers must be able to coordinate with aircraft representatives and fuelers while keeping accurate records while planning for the next incoming flights.

Requirements

  • Prior Dispatcher (emergency dispatcher, truck driver dispatcher, etc.) experience of any kind is preferred but not required
  • Administrative and/or coordinator experience with computer-based programs is preferred but not required
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills required
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills required
  • Logistics, Commercial Aviation, and/or Supply Chain experience preferred but not required
