R & J Trucking is hiring CDL A Regional Dump Truck Drivers in OhioThese are great opportunities that will have you home to your family every day or most weekends!

R & J Trucking, Inc.is one of the largest Bulk Commodities haulers east of the Mississippi and has been serving the transportation industry for over 60 years.

Compensation

  • Average Weekly Pay: $2,000 (drivers who run consistently and manage their time well often exceed that)
    • Pay based on an industry leading percentage (%) of linehaul structure
    • Additional % for seniority and meeting individual weekly performance goals
  • Referral bonuses up to $900 per referral
    • Detention time and holiday pay
  • Paid via direct deposit weekly
