We're hiring a Dispatcher to coordinate daily route operations for drivers servicing residential, commercial, and industrial waste accounts. In this critical role, you'll be the communication hub between drivers, supervisors, and customers-making sure service runs safely, efficiently, and on time.


What You'll Do

As a Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in managing the logistics behind waste collection. You'll schedule drivers, monitor routes, respond to issues in real-time, and support both field operations and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch drivers to assigned routes and monitor real-time progress to ensure service completion.
  • Adjust schedules and routes as needed to accommodate staffing levels, equipment availability, and service priorities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for drivers throughout the day; communicate route changes, delays, or safety concerns.
  • Track and input route data into dispatching systems or software.
  • Respond to service inquiries, customer complaints, or missed pickups by coordinating corrective action with drivers and supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate logs of driver hours, service incidents, and daily activities.
  • Communicate with maintenance and operations teams regarding equipment status or breakdowns.
