Job description

Have a Heart is the fastest-growing cannabis retailer on the west coast with operating stores in WA and CA. We are currently seekingDelivery Dispatch Operatorsto join us in Coalinga, CA.

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Dispatch Operator is responsible for allocating orders from our customer interface to a specific driver from a specific distribution center in a timely manner. The importance of this role is based on efficiency, and determining the quantity of orders to give to each driver at a given time based when and where they will be traveling for a delivery.

Required Experience

Minimum of one (1) year experience in a dispatch, PBX or other directly-related role.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a warehouse setting.

Some administrative support experience in a customer service-based operation.

Working knowledge of cannabis industry compliance and operational best practices.

Hands-on experience within a delivery operation, preferably within a customer-facing operation.
