Job description

TTO Logistics is hiring a Delivery Operations Manager / Driver Manager to help manage daily last-mile delivery operations.

This position is for someone who is reliable, organized, good with people, and comfortable working hands-on with delivery drivers. The manager will help recruit, onboard, train, and support independent delivery drivers while making sure daily routes are completed correctly and on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting and communicating with driver applicants

• Helping onboard new drivers

• Supporting daily dispatch and route operations

• Making sure drivers arrive on time and are ready to work

• Monitoring driver performance

• Helping reduce failed deliveries, missed scans, claims, and customer complaints

• Communicating daily updates to ownership

• Helping build and maintain a reliable driver team

• Stepping in to deliver routes when needed

Requirements:

• Delivery, logistics, dispatch, warehouse, courier, or driver management experience preferred

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Reliable transportation

• Valid driver’s license

• Comfortable using a phone, apps, texts, and basic online systems

• Able to work early mornings when needed

• Able to manage people in a firm but respectful way

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred

• Must be dependable, organized, and willing to be hands-on

Pay:

This position can pay up to $1,000 per week based on performance, experience, reliability, and responsibilities. Additional route pay may be available if the manager also completes deliveries.
