Service Operations Coordinator
Mister Sparky Electric - Little Rock Area
$17-$20/hour | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
The Role
This is a mission-critical operations position, not a basic customer service role.
The Service Operations Coordinator sits at the center of daily field performance, directly influencing technician productivity, revenue, and customer experience.
You will help manage the schedule in real time, support dispatch operations, and ensure every available opportunity on the board is captured and executed.
If the board falls apart, you fix it.
If there's an opening, you fill it.
If a customer needs clarity, you provide it with confidence.
What You'll Own
  • Inbound Call Management
    • Handle calls professionally, efficiently, and with control
    • Convert opportunities into booked appointments
  • Dispatch & Schedule Control
    • Act as primary or secondary dispatcher depending on daily needs
    • Make real-time decisions to protect technician efficiency
    • Adjust routes, timing, and assignments as conditions change
  • Outbound Scheduling & Revenue Protection
    • Proactively fill gaps in the schedule
    • Follow up on unsold estimates, deferred work, and maintenance opportunities
    • Keep technicians' calendars full and productive
  • Membership & Recurring Revenue
    • Manage Agreement Membership renewals
    • Schedule and maintain recurring maintenance visits
  • Customer & Technician Communication
    • Set clear expectations with customers (arrival windows, updates, changes)
    • Coordinate effectively with field technicians to keep operations aligned
  • System Execution
    • Operate within CRM and scheduling systems with speed and accuracy
    • Navigate multiple platforms simultaneously without losing detail

Schedule
  • Full-Time | Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
    or
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Additional hours may be available based on performance and operational needs.
