Our client, a premier provider in the waste management industry, is seeking a seasoned and highly organized Dispatch Manager to oversee the dispatching operations. The company is dedicated to providing efficient and reliable waste collection services, and the Dispatch Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring that these services are delivered with precision and professionalism.

The Dispatch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily dispatching operations, managing a team of dispatchers, and ensuring that all routes and services are executed efficiently. This role involves coordinating with drivers, optimizing routes, handling escalated customer issues, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dispatching, strong leadership abilities, and a background in logistics or waste management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and manage a team of dispatchers, ensuring they perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
