The warehouse of the future is equipped with our autonomous robots instead of forklifts and our Atlas 2D pallet shuttles or tote shuttles that allow for high-density storage (no wasted space).

Job Description

TASKS :

  • Follows the delivery/loading schedule in the ERP (transaction indicating proper shipment numbers)
  • Follows supervisors' instructions to improve work methods, prevent complaints or damages
  • Adapts to changes in work priorities
  • Gathers information to allow regular calculation of loading hours per day
  • Ensures repair packages are properly packed
  • Ensures additions to the schedule are properly prepared by order preparers
  • Prints labels to be affixed by loaders on stock packages leaving for customers
  • Records of trucks arriving at Stow, including start and end times of loading
  • Inform drivers when and where they will be loaded
  • Communicate safety rules to drivers along with the loading number
  • Fills in the trailer tracking file
  • Organizes transfer orders (TO) for deliveries (automatic basis + adding manual transfers)
  • Check the ZNKL list (list of items not ready for loading)
  • Maintains files with deliveries, number of packages, and tonnage per delivery
  • Maintains order and cleanliness
  • Respects the environment
  • Observes and enforces safety regulations
  • Provides supervisors with all performance-related information by completing the end-of-shift sheet (noting all tasks performed during the shift)
  • Assist colleagues when needed
  • Maintains regular contact with Transport Planning to manage any changes

Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the warehouse
