Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Truck Dispatcher to coordinate our client's daily transportation operations, manage driver schedules, and ensure timely deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Dispatch and coordinate drivers, equipment, and freight.
  • Monitor shipments and provide updates to drivers, customers, and brokers.
  • Schedule pickups and deliveries while maximizing fleet efficiency.
  • Resolve delivery, routing, and scheduling issues.
  • Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch records and load information.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of truck dispatching or logistics experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of freight operations, routing, and load planning.
