Responsibilities

** We are actively searching for qualified candidates for potential openings; however, we do not have assurance at this time if and when the position will be finalized and opened. Because we have strong reason to believe the position will be approved soon, we are proceeding with identifying qualified candidates and conducting interviews.

The Project Coordinator will:

  • Provide excellent communication and coordination capabilities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Research and gather data, manage storage of team records and documentation, and distribute information to appropriate audiences
  • Conduct presentation and data package development and integration to include project plans, milestone reports, and project quarterly/monthly/weekly reports
  • Provide meeting support to include scheduling, logistics, setup, integration of presentation materials, and real-time meeting support
  • Track data to include action items, safety metrics, and data package deliverables, as well as project resources and acquisitions
  • Provide event planning support to include on-site and off-site technically oriented meetings, programmatic reviews, working groups, panels, and boards
  • Anticipate customer needs and act proactively to make it happen
  • Provide innovative thinking and process improvement identification and implementation
  • Interface with program and project management
  • Identify areas for improved program and project efficiency and proposed solution
  • Provide database development, maintenance, and management
  • Provide Space Act Agreement (SAA) support to all phases of SAAs and Enhanced Use Leases (EULs)
  • Perform other duties as required
Qualifications

Required Education/Experience/Skills:

  • Associate degree from an accredited college or university, 0 to 5 years of experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or up to five (5) years of experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, plus five (5) years of experience or ten (10) years of experience

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, plus ten (10) years of experience or fifteen (15) years of experience

Preferences:

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite to include Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project
  • Ability to utilize meeting tools such as TEAMS, Skype, and Zoom
