Job description

JLD Enterprises, LLC is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Administrator to

join our growing team.

This position is ideal for someone who can manage multiple priorities, communicate

effectively with customers and field personnel, and help keep daily operations running

smoothly. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and

capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Greet customers and visitors professionally

• Coordinate dump truck dispatching and scheduling

• Schedule material deliveries and pickups

• Coordinate restroom trailer and portable restroom deliveries, service calls, and pickups

• Schedule maintenance and service appointments

• Communicate with customers, drivers, operators, vendors, and field personnel

• Assist with rental and construction-related administrative tasks

• Maintain accurate records and data entry within company software systems

• Support daily office operations and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative, dispatching, customer service, or office management

experience preferred

Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities throughout the day

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
