Position Summary
The Dispatch / Inside Sales Associate will communicate daily with customers and drivers. This individual will be responsible for monitoring on-time pickup/delivery of equipment. The Dispatcher serves as the main point-of-contact for company drivers.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Take incoming sales call and provide industry leading customer service.
  • Dispatch cranes for incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Crane knowledge, logistics & load chart knowledge a plus
  • Familiar with DOT oversize/overweight permits
  • Microsoft Office skills experience: Excel, Word, Adobe and Outlook
  • Maintain and manage customer contact lists to include future follow up to grow revenue.
  • Ability to work individually in a fast-paced environment
  • Uses consistent business processes to achieve desired results
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Work with outside sales force to gain new customers.
  • Work with outside sales force to maintain and grow existing customers.
  • Execute specific sales initiatives as they are developed.

Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to climb on and off heavy mobile equipment safely
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required
