About the Role:
Mobile Logistics Associates (MLAs) are key members of Capsule's Logistics Team, connecting couriers on the road with the pharmacy's Dispatch Team. Your role is to ensure routes run smoothly, couriers are supported, and customers receive their medications on time.
In this role, you will:
  • Distribute routes to couriers, maintain clear communication with dispatch, and resolve issues collaboratively with couriers and leads.
  • Act as a Safety Champion by ensuring hub vehicles are stocked with four complete sets of PPE, reporting PPE distribution, and addressing unsafe conditions, including couriers not wearing required PPE.
  • Mitigate delivery disruptions to ensure on-time delivery and exceptional customer experience, including completing deliveries when needed.
  • Proactively identify and resolve real-time challenges, analyze daily KPI metrics, and recommend operational improvements to leadership.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of Capsule's logistics procedures, uphold company policies, and continuously improve delivery practices through collaboration and real-time experience.

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license, including minimum of last 365 days clean driving record with 2+ years of experience driving within a Metropolitan area. Commercial license preferred.
  • A proven track record of promoting and adhering to safety compliance standards.
  • Ability to safely drive for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours per shift, and safetly lift items weighing upwards of 25 pounds
  • Strong time management and problem solving skills, including proficiency in handling urgent matters autonomously while maintaining safety, compliance, and customer first mentality.
  • You are available to work within expected schedules: Monday-Friday, 4:45 pm to 10:30 pm OR Saturday-Sunday 11:00am to 9:00pm
  • Prior experience in logistics, courier services, or similar roles is a plus.
