We'reย hiringย Dispatchersย that will respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for ambulance and transportation services. This person assigns and routes transportation requests and can provide clear communication in all situations to ensure quality support and care to our customers.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

  • Dispatchers will proficientlyย monitorย and respond to calls and emails using established call handling timeย leveragingย the communication and information management system to deliver excellent customer support to providers,ย facilitiesย and member representatives.ย 
  • Useย appropriate methodsย to schedule, assign,ย reviewย and route transportation requests.ย 
  • Clearly document communications following protocols andย processes, andย properlyย identifyย and escalateย issuesย as necessary.ย 
  • Effectively communicate trip data including confirmations, routing time,ย issuesย and performance.ย 
  • Dispatchers will work collaboratively and in a professional manner withย all alliedย health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow coworkers.ย 
  • Successful Dispatchers will demonstrate organization,ย multitaskingย and time management skills.ย 

MinimumRequiredย Qualifications:ย 

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)ย
