100%, day/evening shift working Tuesday - Saturday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm. You will work at East Madison Hospital in Madison, WI.

Environmental Services (EVS) is tasked with supporting remarkable health care through innovative cleaning and advanced technologies! EVS is instrumental to the care of patients and providing excellent customer service.
We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to:
  • Enter, monitor and report departmental data and information including monitoring bed boards
  • Act as a resource, respond to questions and provide support to department staff as it relates to payroll, time-off, policies, procedures, education and scheduling
  • Work within Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, SharePoint, Word and Outlook for administrative tasks like scheduling, calendar management, policy and procedure updates
  • Provide excellent customer service to team members via phone, email or in person, assisting with dispatch and assigning daily work to department staff
