Location: Onsite in Ogden, Utah
Pay: $18-$21 per hour
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Timekeeper to join our team in Ogden, Utah. The Timekeeper is responsible for accurately tracking employee work hours, managing time records, supporting payroll processes, and ensuring labor costs are properly documented across service, and install projects. This role is critical to maintaining accurate payroll records and supporting efficient workforce management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate daily time and attendance records for HVAC technicians, installers, dispatchers, and support staff.
  • Review employee timesheets for completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter, verify, and reconcile timekeeping data in payroll and workforce management systems.
  • Track employee overtime, PTO, holidays, sick leave, and other schedule adjustments.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors and managers to resolve timecard discrepancies.
  • Generate labor reports for management, payroll, and project tracking purposes.
  • Assist with weekly and bi-weekly payroll preparation.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor labor allocation to service calls, installation projects, and maintenance contracts.
  • Support audits and provide documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR, accounting, and operations teams to ensure accurate workforce reporting.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll administration, accounting, or administrative support.
