Job description

If you are dependable and enjoy helping others, we have the job for you! We are looking for an Insides Sales Representative / Customer Care Representative (CCR) / Dispatcher to join our team.

The CCR/dispatcher supports the day-to-day operations of the company and is the primary point of contact for our field staff, customer, office and the management team. The CCR/dispatcher answers the phone, obtains customer information, books calls, and addresses customer concerns. If an issue arises, the CCR/dispatcher will work diligently to solve the problem, to the customer's satisfaction. As part of this responsibility, the CCR/dispatcher will develop and manage reports and efficiently schedule and dispatch technicians to calls. This role requires the CCR/dispatcher to think critically to ensure they are dispatching the best fit technician for the call. Assist clients with questions on uncommitted work and reaches out to those clients. A successful Sales Representative/CCR/dispatcher must have the ability to function as a part of a team and be able to think creatively and critically. You have an incredibly important role of making sure both the customer and our field staff have an amazing experience with our company.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills with a courteous & pleasant demeanor
  • Strong typing skills
  • Strong computer skills - knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, etc. / Google applications
  • The ability to learn industry specific CRM programs
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a professional and technical level (written and verbal)
  • Must be a critical thinker - Strong English composition skills
  • Telephone etiquette and working knowledge of email systems
  • Enjoy talking on the phone - both inbound and outbound call taking
  • Friendly, outgoing & enthusiastic
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to seamlessly transition from one task to another in a fast paced environment
  • Comfortable with basic mathematical functions
  • Self-starter & reliable
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
