Superior Water & Air is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to oversee day-to-day dispatch operations. In this role, you’ll manage a team of dispatchers responsible for coordinating field technicians, balancing workloads, and maintaining consistent communication with customers. You’ll play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, technician productivity, and high-quality customer service.

Position Mission:


To lead and support the dispatch team in optimizing technician schedules, delivering excellent customer communication, and ensuring efficient service operations across all locations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and coach a team of dispatchers across shifts and departments
  • Monitor daily job scheduling, technician routes, and dispatch flow to ensure on-time service
  • Collaborate with service managers and customer service to balance capacity and customer expectations
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, escalations, or workflow issues in real time
  • Track and report on key dispatch metrics (response time, job completion, technician efficiency)
  • Maintain dispatch SOPs and ensure consistent communication standards
  • Use dispatch software and CRM tools to assign jobs, update status, and support scheduling decisions
  • Assist with onboarding and ongoing training of new dispatchers
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to improve scheduling strategy and coordination
  • Maintain a calm, solutions-focused presence in a high-volume, service-driven environment
