Dispatch Associate For Limousine Company.

American Limousines Inc. is looking for a Dispatch Associate.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule with day, evening, and weekend hours. The ideal candidate would be a computer-savvy, multi-tasker with excellent customer service skills and a good knowledge of the Baltimore metropolitan area.
Daily tasks include
  • Identifying and scheduling drivers for a variety of jobs based on skill set, licensure, and availability.
  • Maintaining consistent, quality customer contact.
  • Monitoring driver routes and start times.
  • Monitoring traffic and flight patterns.

Qualifications:
  • Previous Dispatch, Call Center, or Phone Customer Service Experience.
  • This is a job for a driven customer service professional who can handle a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time job with a flexible day, evening, and weekend schedule. Must be available for ALL SHIFTS.
