We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatch / Customer Service Associate to support our drivers, sales team, and customers. This role helps keep daily operations running smoothly by coordinating routes, assisting customers, maintaining records, and completing reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with drivers and sales teams to support daily routes
  • Provide customer service support by phone and in person
  • Generate daily reports and mileage reports
  • Perform accurate data entry and system updates
  • Maintain customer account information and adjustments
  • Review and verify payment batches and driver payments
  • Assist with dispatch scheduling and operational support
  • Provide general office and administrative support

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative support
  • Microsoft Excel experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
