Client Care Representative/Dispatcher: Ensures that the first interaction a client has with our organization is first rate in terms of service quality, and maintains a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates

Primary Responsibilities:

· Handles incoming calls, schedules appointment windows, and holds debriefing with technicians daily

· Effectively manages conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, or problems expediently

· Maintains the service technician schedules and dispatches technicians as service calls are completed

· Responds to customer inquiries regarding company schedule and requested lead times, equipment service, and service invoicing

· Follows up and schedules preventive maintenance service appointments

· Reviews completed service work orders for accuracy. Prepares invoices and timecards for processing

· Participates in inventory administration and oversight

· Responds to service technician requests both online and by phone

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in related industry with client care and dispatch experience

• Experience in ServiceTitan software

• Advanced communication and customer service skills

• Geographical knowledge of service area and/or GPS/map reading skills

• Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to pass a background check

Educational/Certification Requirements:

• GED or High School Diploma
