What you will be doing:
The Integration & Technology Partnerships Manager will own and execute integrations between Luminys platforms—including hardware, software, and cloud solutions—and third-party hardware manufacturers, VMS providers, and cloud partners. This role serves as the primary owner for integration delivery, quality, and readiness, working cross-functionally with R&D, Product, and Sales to ensure successful execution and long-term partner success.
What your primary responsibilities will be:
  • Develop and manage strategic technology partnership relationships with third-party hardware, software, VMS, and cloud providers.
  • Own the full integration lifecycle, including technical alignment, development coordination, testing, launch, and ongoing support.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned integration partners.
  • Collaborate hands-on with R&D teams on APIs, SDKs, firmware, and cloud-based integrations.
  • Validate hardware-to-software, software-to-software, and cloud-to-cloud integrations to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Track integration issues, drive timely resolution, and ensure release and launch readiness.
  • Support Sales opportunities and customer engagements that depend on successful integrations.
  • Maintain accurate integration status reporting, technical documentation, and compatibility listings for internal and external stakeholders.

What you will need:
  • 8+ years of experience in platform integrations, system integrations, or technical partnership roles.
  • Proven experience working across hardware, software, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, firmware, and system integration architectures.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute cross-functionally with engineering, product, and external partners.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
