Job Summary:

In this role will work within the Frontend Web and Experience team and will be primarily responsible for building out various tools to empower workflows and reporting on the digital supply chain.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

  • Creating and maintaining shared JavaScript libraries and UI components.
  • Implementing business logic of various tool workflows.
  • Reviewing others JavaScript and TypeScript code.
  • Acting as a tech leader for various projects and initiatives.
  • Employ test driven development and agile development practices.

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 experience years in web development or software engineering
  • Mastery of HTTP server and proxy technologies such as HA Proxy, NGINX, Apache
  • Extensive experience with NodeJS, and/or Java/Kotlin programming
  • Extensive experience with cloud native technologies such as AWS EC2, Fargate, and Cloudfront
  • Experience with frontend web development technologies and principles
  • Experience with task automation
  • Ability to research, learn, assess, and evangelize new technologies
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Driven and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in media distribution
  • Experience building AI driven software
  • Experience working with vendor teams to deliver high quality results
  • Knowledge of performance testing and application profiling
  • Experience with React Native

Required Education

  • BS Computer Science or related technical discipline or its equivalent.
The hiring range for this position in California is $141,900.00 to $190,300.00 per year and in Connecticut is $141,900.00 to $190,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
