We are the world's largest operator of holiday pop-up stores, operating hundreds of locations in malls, outlets, shopping centers, and lifestyle centers across the United States.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a SEASONAL Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This position reports directly to the Sr. Leader and works closely with a highly collaborative team of professionals. The role requires daily interaction with members of the Real Estate Team.ย 


Please Note: This is not a leasing agent role. It is an administrative support role responsible for assisting the Real Estate team with leasing administration, recordkeeping, and other departmental functions.
This role is 100% in office.ย 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humor are a must.

Position Overview

The Seasonal Real Estate Assistant provides administrative support to the Real Estate Department by assisting with lease administration, maintaining accurate records, organizing files, and supporting the team's day-to- day operations. ย 

Essential Functions

  • Provide administrative support to the Real Estate Department on various projects and daily tasks.ย 
  • Process lease agreements accurately and in a timely manner.ย 
  • Track the status of incoming and executed lease agreements. ย 
  • Review executed leases for completeness and file them appropriately.ย 
  • Maintain organized hard-copy and electronic filing systems for leases, rent checks, and related documents.ย 
  • Maintain and update the department's database of mall and developer contacts.ย 
  • Set up and maintain login credentials for mall and developer portals.ย 
  • Create, update, and maintain reports using Excel.ย 
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.ย 
  • Work occasional overtime as business needs require.ย 


Qualifications / Basic Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong sense of urgency and accountability and follow-through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.ย 
  • Experience with data entry and data management required. (Training will be provided on company-specific systems.)
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.ย 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgement, and high level of integrity.ย
