The Disney Experiences Technology teamis responsible forthe end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including theMyDisneyExperienceapp andHey, Disney!

Within Disney Signature Experiences, the Disney Cruise Line (DCL) team is responsible for delivering end-to-end digital and physical experiences for both Guests and Cast Members. This includes leading technology and digital initiatives across the fleet, supporting core platforms, the Disney Cruise Line website, and the Disney Cruise Line Navigator mobile app, while serving multiple lines of business both shoreside and onboard.

This role owns the definition, delivery, and adoption of DCL data products, translating business needs into scalable, high-quality data solutions that deliver measurable value.

What You'll Do:

Data Product Definition & Lifecycle Management

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned Commerce data products.
  • Lead detailed data requirements definition, translating business needs into clear product specifications.
  • Manage discovery, modeling, documentation, delivery, adoption, and sustainment activities.

Hands-On Technical & Delivery Leadership

  • Conduct data profiling, quality assessments, and definition of data rules and logic.
  • Partner closely with data engineers, architects, and analytics teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Stakeholder & Adoption Leadership

  • Serve as the primary product interface for business stakeholders.
  • Drive user adoption through engagement tracking, feedback, and continuous iteration.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience managing the end-to-end lifecycle of data products.
  • Hands-on experience defining data requirements, data models, and documentation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data warehouses, and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with dimensional modeling and modern data architectures.
  • Experience supporting commercial analytics use cases.
