Disneyland International (DLI) manages The Walt Disney Company's interests across international parks and resorts, partnering with organizations including Oriental Land Company, Walt Disney Attractions Japan, and joint venture companies of Hong Kong Disneyland and Shanghai Disney Resort.

The Travel Logistics Representative supports the planning and execution of business travel across these partners. In this role, you will coordinate end-to-end itineraries, manage logistics, and partner with stakeholders to deliver seamless travel experiences aligned to business objectives.

Through travel logistics and coordination, this team enables meaningful business connections, supports knowledge exchange across global partners, and ensures each visit reflects the excellence of Disney Experiences.

This role sits in Orange, CA and reports to the Manager - Travel Logistics & Language Services.

Responsibilities

  • Review incoming trip requests, confirm objectives, and clarify scope to support business needs

  • Coordinate planning of business travel, including development of itineraries and alignment of trip schedules across stakeholders

  • Arrange travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, dining, park experiences, and other travel-related components, in accordance with company guidelines

  • Coordinate interpreter support and ensure materials are prepared for meetings and related engagements

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for travelers, resolving issues and supporting on-site execution and overall travel experience as needed

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners to support effective trip coordination

  • Maintain accurate trip data and documentation to support tracking and planning, and contribute to process improvements and standardization across travel logistics activities

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage across levels and functions

  • Professional, service-oriented approach aligned with Disney standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating complex schedules or multi-day programs

  • Background in travel, hospitality, operations, or a related field

  • Familiarity with Disney Parks & Resorts environments

  • Experience using tracking systems or tools to manage logistics and workload

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

The hiring range for this position based in Orange, CA is $72,000.00-$96,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
