Job description

At Armco Credit Union, we don’t do ordinary—and we’re not looking for an ordinary designer.

We’re hiring an experienced Multi-Media Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is a role for a seasoned professional who knows their craft, thinks strategically, and is ready to make an impact across both print and digital channels.
What you will do:
  • Design across a wide range of formats—from print publications to digital campaigns
  • Create work that speaks to multiple audiences and demographics
  • Collaborate on campaign strategy, messaging, and brand development
  • Work independently, managing multiple projects with minimal oversight
  • Contribute to social, video, and multi-media content
  • Represent Armco at community events and bring the brand to life outside our walls, including periodic travel to sponsor organizations (SEGs)
  • Assist with the clerical needs of the department, including managing physical marketing collateral across multiple branches.
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional design experience
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to think creatively while working within brand and compliance standards
  • A designer who wants a seat at the table, not just a list of tasks
This is a skilled position and candidates must bring real-world experience and advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Why Armco?
We’re growing—6 branches and expanding—and our marketing team is doing work that stands out. From a $1,000 game of musical chairs to a Disney vacation giveaway, we believe great ideas deserve to be brought to life. We offer a great company culture and exceptional benefits.

If you’re ready to create, contribute, and help shape what’s next, we want to hear from you!
