At Disney Experiences Technology, our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Companyโ€™s premier vacation brands including Disneyโ€™s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. The Disney Experiences Technology team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney! The Sr Product Manager will be a key member of the Digital & Technology team, responsible for managing the strategic direction of technology and digital programs for Disney Cruise Lineโ€™s Onboard Guest Fulfillment Systems. This role involves collaborating with leadership to establish strategies across the latest technologies, working with multiple products, teams, and interdisciplinary leaders to bring strategies to market that support business opportunities and enhance the Guest experience. The Sr Product Manager will develop business and product strategies and implement tactics that create business opportunities that align with the digital and technology roadmap themes for Disney Cruise Line.

What Youโ€™ll Do:
  • As a Sr Product Manager, you will be a subject matter expert who may serve as a team lead to others, solving complex problems and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Gathering requirements for all aspects of a project, collaborating with all impacted teams including creative and technology for agreement.
  • Driving implementation of a business digital and technology roadmap by ensuring the development teams understand the product goals and priority.
  • Documenting features by translating product concepts into user stories, epics, and other appropriate product deliverables.
  • Serving as the primary representative for product management in all daily activities related to the rollโ€‘out of a product/enhancement.
  • Supporting defect triage activities by working with technical, creative, and production teams to identify cause through resolution.
  • Communicating with partners of multiple levels across Digital & Technology and the broader Disney organization through several mediums.
  • Assisting in creating and implementing a strategy to create a Productโ€‘Centric team for Cast and Crew facing applications.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience in digital customer experience for a global or national brand(s), working with technology, design, project management, business, and user experience teams.
  • Ability to use hard data to form assumptions and develop business cases.
  • Experience presenting out on Product performance and success of programs.
  • Ability to think strategically and guide ideas into action with a willingness to take personal initiative.
  • Experience collaborating with and achieving results through partnerships with others and the capability to interact within all leadership levels.
  • Experience identifying technical, user, and business issues in an organization.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodology.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner.
  • Experience with data, data science, analytics, and business intelligence.
  • Masterโ€™s degree in a related field.
Required Education:

Bachelorโ€™s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in Florida is $135,200.00-$181,200.00 per year, in California is $141,900 - $190,300 per year, and in Seattle is $148,700 - $199,400 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidateโ€™s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
