A PM Dishwasher at The Wylder will succeed at supporting the entire team by maintaining high standards throughout the restaurant and being invested in our Core Values:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Constantly move throughout the kitchen

Operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools

Communicate effectively with front of the house and back of the house employees

Support team members including leadership

Execute effective communication skills

Regularly run dishes through an industrial dishwasher in a timely manner

Ensure daily that machinery is running safely and effectively

Know what chemicals we use and how to change them out and test them

Ensure that all dishware, work areas, and service areas are cleaned and sanitized properly throughout the shift, including all station floors, counters, tools, cutting boards, preparation and serving surfaces within the kitchen

Assist with prep and line needs

Execute dish pick-ups and line sweeps regularly

Receive, organize, and put away stock

Keep dried goods areas and walk-in coolers organized and clean

Take out trash and boxes

Exude a positive attitude under stress

Effectively close the dish station according to closing procedure standards

Contribute to a fun and professional work environment
