Job description

Medieval Times is looking for KITCHEN STAFF team members to assist with food preparation and dishwashing help to ensure the ultimate Medieval Times experience for guests.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prepares and Cooks pre-selected menu
  • Maintains clean workstations
  • Operates dishwasher as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to communicate with Team Members
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Food preparation experience preferred
