FASTSIGNS of Eugene
B2B Outside Sales Representative
$55K-$65K Base + Commission | Full-time | Eugene, OR
FASTSIGNS of Eugene is hiring a B2B outside sales rep who knows how to prospect, follow up, and close.
You may already have 5 years of B2B sales experience. What you may not have yet is the right platform: an established local brand, a warm customer base, a strong production team, and a commission plan built for someone who wants to grow a serious book of business.
FASTSIGNS of Eugene started 10 years ago serviceing the local community but quickly grew its national footprint. We are a 20-person team ranked in the top 20 of 800+ FASTSIGNS locations worldwide. Our next stage is building a dedicated outside sales function focused on recurring accounts, dormant customer reactivation, and multi-location opportunities all over the United States.
Why This Opportunity Is Different:
  • You are not starting cold. We have 10 years of customer data and dormant accounts ready to be developed.
  • No territory ceiling. If you develop a company with locations in multiple states, you own that relationship.
  • The back end is supported. Our inside team helps with estimating, scoping, and project details so you can focus on selling.
  • The earnings path is real. For the right person, six figures within 24 months is the plan.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base salary: $55,000-$65,000 depending on experience
  • Commission from month one
  • Realistic year-one target: $75,000-$90,000 for a strong performer
  • Year-two target: $100,000+
  • Top-end upside: uncapped
  • 50% employer-paid health insurance
  • Generous PTO plus 7 paid holidays
  • Profit-sharing 401K
  • Mileage reimbursed for approved business travel

We will walk serious candidates through the commission plan and six-figure path
Your First 90 Days:
  • Days 1-30: Learn our products, CRM, pricing workflow, production process, and customer base.
  • Days 30-60: Begin structured outbound into dormant accounts, target verticals, and warm opportunities.
  • Days 60-90: Manage an active pipeline, book discovery meetings, reactivate accounts, and close initial opportunities with inside team support.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive daily outbound calls, referrals, and targeted prospecting
  • Prospect into contractors, healthcare, hospitality, higher education, property management, and multi-location businesses
  • Identify businesses large enough to become recurring accounts
  • Conduct discovery meetings and gather project details
  • Own relationships from first contact through closed order and repeat business
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline and activity tracking in our CRM

Who We're Looking For:
  • No sign industry experience is required. We will train you. What we cannot train is drive, follow-through, and comfort with daily outbound activity.
  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B outside sales experience and wants to build a larger, more valuable book of business.
  • Relevant backgrounds may include uniform/facility services, telecom/business services, payroll or office technology, promotional products, branded merchandise, building materials, HVAC, trades, property, or facilities services.

You Should Bring:
  • A B2B sales track record you can point to: quota attainment, rankings, awards, or revenue numbers
  • Ability to explain your prospecting process in detail
  • Strong follow-up habits and comfort managing a pipeline
  • Energy and momentum - you want your activity and relationships to affect your income

Tools and Support:
  • You will have CRM access, customer history, sales materials, estimating support, product training, leadership access, and training through FASTSIGNS International University.
  • World-class support site
