Inventory Specialist

2nd Swing Golf is looking for an experienced Inventory Specialist that reports to our Operations Manager. This position is the backbone of how product moves through our store. The right individual will have a high-energy, upbeat personality, and a drive to continuously learn and develop oneself. You will be expected to work 40-45 hours a week in a varied schedule, working daytime, as well as evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory accuracy while picking, shipping, receiving and reporting.
  • Maintain merchandise planograms for the sales floor.
  • Partner daily with customer service, shipping, and repair teams to keep store operations flowing.
  • Spot problems before they become problems, attention to detail and stores daily needs.
  • Jump in wherever needed to hit deadlines and goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years in a golf retail, inventory, or warehouse operation.
  • Comfortable with inventory systems and reporting functions.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift/move merchandise (up to 40-50 lbs) and stay on your feet for most of a shift.
  • A team-first mindset. Comfortable solving problems independently along with assisting the store teams daily.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • A genuine interest in the game of golf.

Compensation:

Starting pay range is $20 - $28 based on previous experience.
