Job description

Join us and help bring joy, excitement, and lasting memories to people from around the world. We're seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, and hard-working individuals to become our Ambassadors. Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!

What you get to do:

  • Greet guests and provide park information to our visitors
  • Perform guest check-in/check-out functions
  • Perform guest bag checks
  • Provide informational tours for small groups of up to 12 guests
  • Provide transportation to and from SeaWorld for guests in company vehicle
  • Size male/female guests to ensure proper fitting of swim gear
  • Prepare swim bags for children and adult guests
  • Maintaining Private Cabanas in both service and cleanliness
  • Assist with VIP coordination/special events
  • Quickly resolve guest challenges by providing exceptional guest service
  • Distribute available lockers to our guests, while maintaining cleanliness of locker facilities
  • Maintain cleanliness of all park areas including trash removal and sweeping
  • Conduct guest surveys
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What it takes to succeed:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • A working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent English language written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Excellent cash handling skills
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to walk in sand
  • Able to lift 40 pounds
  • Able to push/pull 50 pounds
  • Able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
  • Available to work 3 full days per week, including at least 1 weekend full day
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license preferred
  • Experience in Discovery Cove Operations department preferred
  • Bilingual preferred (Portuguese a plus)
