  • Engaging in collaborative care, coordinating services with case managers, families, educational staff, and medical personnel to provide comprehensive support.
  • Exhibiting creativity and employing diverse therapeutic techniques to help clients achieve their personal and relational goals.

  • A comfort level in working with a wide range of populations and an understanding of the barriers many face in accessing mental health services.
Preferred Experience

The ideal candidate will also have:

  • A background in providing therapy to a diverse range of clients, particularly involving children, adolescents, couples, and families.
  • Proficiency in working within a collaborative healthcare environment with other mental health professionals and external agencies.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. Furthermore, you will enjoy a competitive and customizable compensation plan, including the following benefits:

  • An hourly pay structure coupled with commission on claims submitted.
  • Paid supervision, case consultation, and time allocated for necessary documentation.
  • Unlimited time-off policy encompassing holidays, sick days, and vacation time.
  • Health insurance options and 401(k) plans to secure your financial future.
  • Reimbursement for clinical license renewal expenses.
  • A supportive and transparent team environment that emphasizes independence and autonomy in your scheduled work.
